We have different a different returns process according to if you are in the UK or Internationally, please see below for how to return your order with ease!
UK returns
You can now use CollectPlus or DHL to return items to us for free.
If the total value of returns is above £100, we recommend using DHL as a return option which allows you to arrange a collection from wherever is convenient for you!
To use Collectplus
Download your returns label at www.collectplus.co.uk/Atterley and print it off at home or use the simple show at store code if you do not have a printer!
If you have received your order in separate deliveries, you can combine as many as you require in one return shipment to us, using a single return label. If you do make multiple returns, a new label will need to be required for each package you send. Attach this label to your parcel, ensuring any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered. Please ensure your order number is entered clearly on the CollectPlus label and the returns form/s are completed and placed inside the parcel alongside your returns. When using the CollectPlus paperless or print at store option please ensure that you are happy with how the label has been secured to the package by the store.
When you drop off your parcel in your chosen store you will be given a receipt with a tracking code which can be used to track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk/track. Your nearest CollectPlus store can be located at www.collectplus.co.uk/store_locator.
Neither Atterley or CollectPlus will accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a CollectPlus returns label.
To use DHL
- Click the Returns Link below
- Enter the email address you used to place an order with us and also your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation emails and also your packing slip which arrived with your delivery)
- Please select the products you would like to return and follow the steps on the website to create a return label and arrange for the products to be picked-up at a time and from an address of your choosing.
- The return label should be printed out by you and attached to the outside of a single parcel. Please note that products can only be collected for return from the same country your order was delivered to.
- All goods must be returned back to us unworn/unused as you received them with all the original product packaging and tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.
- Please see below for a full list of exclusions to our returns policy. Returns which do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags.
- When returning shoes please remember that shoe boxes should always be placed in a protective outer box.
- Returns that do not comply with returns policies will be returned and no refund will be issued.
Returns outside of the UK
The following steps should be followed if you are a customer returning goods from outside of the UK. Returns are free of charge for all Atterley customers from US if the steps below are followed correctly and your order is returned to us via our DHL logistics network. EU customers will have a return charge rate of £4, and all customers out with these regions, returns are charged at a flat rate of £10 (these amounts will be deducted from your final refund)
- Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you must raise a return request through the Atterley website and schedule a collection.
- If you have a return outside of this window, e.g. a clothing defect to discuss, please contact our Customer Service team at support@atterley.com

Please package all individual products together in one single parcel where possible but where ensuring that the integrity of the items you ordered is protected at all times. Ensure also that each product is packaged in its original packaging as relevant to ensure it is well protected while in transit. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up and protected appropriately. When returning shoes please remember that shoe boxes should always be placed in a protective outer box.
