After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. If there are any issues processing your order, we will contact you for more details. We will contact you again to confirm whether your order has been accepted and if it is accepted, when it has been dispatched.
You can track your order using your tracking number and the link in your dispatch confirmation email or SMS message. Alternatively, you can sign in to your account to check your order status.
As the boutiques will directly ship products from their premises to you, if you purchase different or multiple products from different boutiques in the same order, then you will receive separate deliveries from each boutique.
If you have not received your ordered products one day after the expected delivery date of your order, please let us know by emailing us through the contact form below with details of your purchase and order number and tracking number and we'll be happy to help.
